Orders & Payments

Orders must be paid for using the payment methods available at checkout. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) may be offered for eligible orders. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and, where necessary, cancel or modify an order.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on eligible orders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other personal preferences.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at cubiesapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a complete unboxing video showing the package and product from the moment it is opened.

The unboxing video is required for claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Each claim will be reviewed individually and, if approved, an appropriate resolution will be provided. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for complete details.
